this is a great harness it carries 4 140/100 round pods and a 20 oz (or smaller) co2 tank.it's a great comfy snug harness. it is tight fitting east to use. i thre this as far as i could on concrete and no podz came out. it is alsome i think the best first harness ever. go for this for your first harness... if you any questions about this or paintball in general im me at DCpntbllr.
Conclusion:
i reccommend this product for a first harness or even a rec players harness
