Super smooth. Like butta. The movement of the ram is smooth and light.

Review:
The MPP ram is excellent. The action is very smooth and silky with very little resistance. My ram has the QEVs installed which makes the ram move almost effortlessly. At the time I ordered, the ram was a simple metal color without any markings. I have noticed that the shaft seems to stick if the ram is sitting for a while, but this may be due to wear as I've had the ram for about 6 months. However, once this initial friction is overcome, there is no detectable hangs and the action is like ball bearings. To my knowledge, the rams are supplied by SMC which is the same supplier of rams to ProPaintball. Although, the MPP rams are bored larger at the inlets for increased air flow.
Conclusion:
Comparable to the ProPaintball ram, but with an improved design. I felt it was a great buy for the money.
