Review:
A friend and I bought some of these pods at IAO.
The people are extremely nice, and the rest of their products are as well.
The pods:
-The material is an extremely hard plastic, reminds me of a revvy/Reloader B, sort of a glittery finish. I think I could stand on one without it bending. I wouldnt hesitate sliding on them. (Dye and 32* were extremely flimsy)
-The lids are a rubbery material, the same color as the pod body. I think this is what helps them stay shut. They still remain easy to open. (Planets are tough to open)
-Pod body is one piece (Had collars come off)
-The shock absorbers do their job. Less broken paint in a pod, and it doesnt rattle. (APP/Planet pods are hard but rattle a lot more. I always try to pack as much paint as possible to stay quiet, these pods eliminate the need, and the shock pads absorb the room)
-Lid spring seems very durable. (I had a problem with these on my Planet pods)
Only negative is color. All they had was blue, clear, and black. Clear is not transparent, consequently barely translucent, and has a blue-ish appearance. They seem to be sparkly, and they are very cool looking, especially black and clear.
These are the best pods I have used.
I will always use pods in this order:
SYN shock pods
APP/Flurry Test Tubes
Planet Eclipse pods
Conclusion:
I love them. They're the best I've ever used, and are the last pods you will ever need.
