I purchased the switch mask on a whim even though my JT Spectra system is still in great shape. I've always wanted a quick lens change system for when I get gogged. Changing the lenses on older masks always ended up with me cussing and with sore fingers. With the switch, it's a simple matter of twisting a pair of retainers and popping out the lens. Very simple, quick, and secure.
The switch looks great and has excellent clarity. I sweat like crazy and the lens has never fogged on me despite the humid climate.
One complaint I do have about the switch is the foam. The foam is very plastic feeling, for lack of better words. Not plush at all like the JT or vents line. I also had problems with sweat dripping into my eyes and even onto the inner lens because the foam could not hold or redirect the sweat, a problem i have never encountered with either my JTs or my Vents. |

The switch is an excellent system. Looks great, protects well without being overly bulky, comes stock with a no fog lens, and has a quick and easy lens changing system. The feel of the foam is purely subjective and the sweat problem can be solved with a simple headband. Overall a great system that I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone. |
