Bought lots of premade jersey's but never a custom one.
Strengths:
Great way to get a custom Jersy.
Weaknesses:
Poor Customer service
Not done when promised.
Mistakes on Jerseys
Not shipped as requested.
Review:
They are nice jersey's it is a pity though about their lack of customer service. I was part of a group that ordered over 70 jersey's from them and it has not been a great experience. First off it took them more then three weeks longer then they said it would take. Excuse after excuse and lack of communication on their part. They shipped my jerseys UPS instead of Fed-ex as requested and ended up costing me more then $45 extra because of it. There are things missing on one jersey that should have been there. They do not answer their e-mails. It has been quite the poor experience as far as I am concerned and I will not order anything more from them.
Conclusion:
Great jersey, horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait and not have your e-mails answered. Get ready to spend lots of time on the phone.
You make 70 custom jerseys and see how good they come out. Dang man, cut them some slack. They're not HUGE ya know? I mean, anyone who goes in and orders a 3, 5, 7, even 10 man team kit is gonna end up getting exactly what they want no probs. (I know because local fields and friends, etc etc, plus myself here soon enough ;)). Considering the market for custom jerseys, these guys know what they're doing. If something ends up wrong and you are disatisfied, simply give em a buzz. They may not be able to help you, but nothing tried nothing gained. Not trying to down your review or anything man, not at all, I'm simply saying for such a large order I could expect a "few broken eggs" and what not, but for a typical 3 man, 10 man team or whatever those problems just aren't gonna arise as much.
Being in the middle of getting jerseys from them right now, I know exactly where the CS comments are coming from. Jamie is really nice on the phone, but our proofs are now over a month behind schedule. I have yet to have an email answered, and the only way to talk to someone is to catch them when they are actually there since they don't return phone calls, whether the message is left on the machine or with another staff member.
