Review: The kit is well made and although it may seem expensive at first you do get a lot of components for your money. I fitted this kit completely in just over one hour (but i was being extra careful). It consisted of replacing the existing hammer with a very light one, replacing the stock valve with the new newton valve and adding the LPR adjustor. After this is done it requires a small amount of adjusting of the gun and lpr pressures and your ready to rock.

On testing the gun I noticed that the recoil was considerably reduced which improved ball on ball accuracy and the gun was slightly less noisy due to the reduced operating pressure.

The bolt had become so much more gentle on paint that I could put my finger in the breach and fire the gun and it would just bounce off my finger (do not try this with a stock angel as you will probably end up with no fingertips !) which helped a lot when firing really brittle hellfire in near to freezing temperatures !

Another big plus was the efficiancy it produced, which seemed to have improved by quite a lot and although i had nowhere to get a full fill at the time of testing to check their claim of 2000 shots from a 68 4500 I was left with no reason to doubt these figures.

A huge plus with this kit is the ability it has to reduce the operating pressure but still being able to run the dwell at almost minimum meaning you do not lose any rate of fire.
The speed this thing can run while still not breaking fragile paint was nothing short of amazing I have never seen an angel cycle that fast before with paint running through it and I have seen a hell of a lot of markers.

I have only put about 3000 shots though the gun for testing and have not had time to mess about with the pressure settings as i was having too much fun just ripping on the trigger and being amazed at the rate of fire but I am sure it could be set up to run at even lower pressures with a bit more fine tuning.
Conclusion: I was going to upgrade my marker next season but adding this kit has done everything the advertising said it would do and believe me it works like a dream and I now see no reason to change this marker in the near future. It is much cheaper than buying a new gun and although the upgrade at the moment is for the speed and upwards I have heard that they will be bringing out a version for the older angels as well.

If you own an Angel then this kit should be your next purchase !
