This cap is nice, worth every penny. The first day I used, no lie, every ball that hit the mid/top of this cap bounced. I usually don't get shot that much in the head, but your height changes just a little with this cap on. Small adjustment in playing will take care of that.
I found out that if you get hit up top, it will most likely bounce. Closer to the brim it will break but could potentially bounce. The cap is made to sit up a little higher off your head. I’m guessing this is designed allow the heat to escape and provide the bounce factor. I also like the extra long visor to protect the back of your neck in case you get bunkered.
If you like to wear your goggles over the cap like I do, you'll need to get used to it. The thickness of the cap doesn't let the goggles sit flush. You could just wear your goggles just below the brim as well. Although I used the word thick, don't be fooled, this cap is very light.

| Conclusion: |
Great cap, great protection. Wish the price were a little lower but still a worthy investment. |
