I used the stock barrel with a Schrager Brothers adapter on my Tippmann 98.
The stock Schrager barrel out performed all barrels I currently have.
Strengths:

Review:
The marker is fast shooting, incredibly accurate, well balanced with full 20oz tank and full hopper. It feels like an extention of your arm. Well suited for single handed shooting.
The marker has wonderful fit and finish. Quality machining through out.
The field strip is done in seconds. It looks cool as well!!
I have played at leat 10 times with the Factor X2 and have pretty much abandoned my Tippman 98.
No miss feeds or chopped balls. It delivers paint accurate and fast.
The marker worked well in cold fall days as well as hot summer days.
Conclusion:
I own (4) Factor X2 markers and (3) Schrager Brothers Shadow markers, as I play often with first time players. I hand them one of my Schrager Brothers and they are hooked from the first shot.
I would recomend this marker for an advanced player to newbie.
Tough and reliable marker, that is worth every penny!!!!
I also take a lot of pride in ownership as it is "MADE IN THE USA!!!" not many markers today can say this. The craftsmanship shows!!!
