I bought this because for some reason my halo wasnt keeping up with my ebolt. The cyclone feed works perfectly and works better than the halo. It loads one ball per shot. I can shoot constantly with my ebolt without chopping. I bought it for cheap (1/3 of my halo). I also bought an R-5 for it which turns it into a ricochet so the balls bounce off it.
Conclusion:
Buy this if you need a good hopper to keep up with ur fast 98.
it is easy to install, just have to take take valve out, check out www.model98.org to see how. With a Halo-B on mine it chopped also. Halos still skip a ball or lag up every once in a while..and with no eyes that means chop suey!

thats is because you must be useing cheap paint.....what kind of paint are you useing??
It might chop with the RT because it and the cyclone are both running off your excess air. Therefore, maybe the cyclone isn't cycling as fast as it might because it is sharing air.
