Review: The Shadow Paintball marker was and overall good gun. It is excellent for recreational use and for beginners to start with. It functions like a Spyder or a Pirahna and is virtually mechanically identical. It is very accurate, doesn't suck up CO2, is easy to field strip, and is made with durable parts that are otherwise overlooked by larger companies. However, for me, I lost two screws that connect the trigger to the chamber (they literally came off during gameplay). Luckily, the screws can be found at any hardware store so I replaced them. Also, the barrel has issues with ball breaks, though they are somewhat rare. Also they are extremely hard to find. You can check them out at Other than that, take a road trip to New England.
Conclusion: This is a good product for beginners and intermediate players. Just upgrade with a barrel for the ball breaks and your good to go.
