Drops IMO arent great on tippys.
its just a egriped 98c and better barrel.
Review:
One of my good buddies from jrotc let me use this some last game day. It was really awesome. As a seasoned tippmann user, espec the M98, this thing felt right at home as i held it. Trying to walk it is impossible due to the heavy trigger spring. A bit of modding, and you betcha, walkable.
Recoil is the same as the Custom/Model 98.
The 11" werks barrel it came with is prime. It's well suited for speedball. And can shoot thru breaks OK, not great, but ok.
Conclusion:
Overall, i'd probobly reccomend the RT custom pro over the egripped one, but they are both excellent products from Tippmann. It's well worth your money.
well one problem im selling my tippy 98 w/ R/T cuz it suks air to buy a tippy pro E. i think the recommending a R/T over electric is inaccurate. cuz you waste so much air on the R/T i lost 50 - 70 shots cuz of R/T!
the RT doesnt use more gas, it uses excess gas. Get your facts strait. If you're losing air, you have a leak, or your rt banjo valve is closed to tight, or too open. Those things are touchy.
how is it just a 98c with a better barrel and grip? If you have'nt noticed, you CAN'T put an e-grip on a 98c, only a pro. It says so on the Tippmann website.

I have the r/t and i hate it. it dosent always go full auto and half the balls for me go all over the place. i am returning my r/t and getting a egrip. with my r/t 2 valves have gone out on it already.
