Review:
Ive used the Proteam Warp with Gen 5 Universal kit for about amonth and its probly one of the best loaders ever. But its a bit pricey. i was lucky enough to get mine new on eBay pretty Cheap. I recommend doing the 12v mod it takes the bps from 16ish to 24. BIG difference.
Conclusion:
If your always getting hit in the Blimp on top of your gun (hopper) then i say get it... heck, even if you dont and you are looking for speed GET IT. FAST....
Only problem is that after you have used the balls that are inside the Warp Feed itself, you either have to wait for your conventional loader to refill it, or be limited to the feed rate of the conventional loader. So when firing long strings, the Warp Feed will initially feed very fast (the 24bps mentioned) but once the balls that were stored in the Warp Feed are gone, the feed rate will drop down to the feed rate of your loader.
The only way to maintain a high feed rate is to use the Warp Feed with an equally fast loader, which works out as being a very expensive set-up.
However, not a problem if you only shoot short bursts.
True, and as a backman i shoot in long strings. and the 12v rev i have right now will not keep up. but i am in the process of aquiring a halo b with Victory board 35bps.. so once i have this. i can rip endless strings of paint without the blimp on the top of my marker.
let us remember the orginal idea of the warp was to relocate the hopper for less hopper hits. the speed in which the Warp feeds is just a plus.
