It holds 4 140 round pods and it is quite durable
It has a velcro strap belt as to fit most sizes with the exception of people with Small frames.It is a decent harness for the price you get it at.
It is great for those just starting out in paintball and not know what position you are good at yet. It hold just enough paint for a beginner on defense or all the paint needed for somebody on Point
Conclusion:
this is very good for beginners while it can be quite useful for more expirenced players.
I suggest buy this if you dont have too big of a wallet or you are just staring out
