1)Good for reball practices
2)Stays deadly consistent when shooting under 250 fps.

Hard to figure out at first, Performs like the stock.
Review:
Personally it is great, stays consistent at reball practice when shooting under 250 fps. The only problem with mine is whenever I take it out to lube I have to disassemble it while it's in the gun. Not hard i just screw out the adjustment cap, pull out the guide and unscrew the end cap. Lube it up put it together and pop it back in. Besides that little inconvenience it is great if your team practices at reball to save cash otherwise stick to the stock one no difference it performance.
Conclusion:
Great for reball, performs like the stock and all other aftermarket guides, Stays very consistent under 250 fps; all good but mine is a little complicated to take apart for me.
