My gun has been sidelined since I bought it. Only days after getting it the safety broke. RAP4 sent me a new one, but they sent a BROKEN one!
I have not received anything else. I was told to RMA the product, but I do not live in the US. SO doing this would cost me more than the guns purchase price. After paying freight back to the US and then back to Europe. Plus I will have to pay VAT again once it reaches the EU again as it came from the US.
I wrote all this to RAP4 but they did not change their tune, they still just emailed me back and said RMA.
I took my case to the Better Business Burea in Claifornia. The BBB contacted RAP4 (apparently they have other people who have made complaints against the REAL ACTION PAINTBALL company) KT from RAP4 got back to then and told them the same thing he had already told me...namely RMA.
BBB contacted me, told me what KT had said and asked what I wanted to do. I said that this leaves me in exactly the same position as I was in when I first contacted the BBB. So I rejected the RMA 'offer' from KT as it puts me under undue financial hardship. The BBB agree to send my rejection notification to RAP4 and KT again. This time KT had a month to respond.
After the month ws over, KT had not responded. The BBB contacted me to tell me this and told me that my claim is now classed as UNRESOLVED on their website. You can see other such UNRESOLVED cases against RAP4 on the BBB website as well.
If you want my advice. DO NOT buy a T68 from RAP4.
Remember its NOT the gun thats the major problem. Its the COMPANY. So get a T68 from somewhere else. Be ready to maintain it alot. And care for it. When something breaks (and it WILL) then hope that whoever you bought it from knows more about customer service than KT and his company RAP4 does.
Its not the gun that is really bad its the SERVICE! RAP4 is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have used ignorance and feigned misunderstanding as a basis for ignoring my complaints about their products. Which is LOW and COWARDLY!

man, over all i would say this is a $hitty review, you're supposed to write about the gun not the company. I think u should go back, re-think ur review, and write about the gun not how crappy the service is....... jeez man
This review seems fair enough to me. Just look at the other reviews of this product on here and you start to see a pattern. Faulty merchandise, and even worse customer service. Hell if you ask me its border line theft on the part of the merchant. Maybe his review would focus more on the performance of the marker had it been in working condition when he recieved it.
I have ordered many things from this company but i have not had problems with them so far. occasionally they take around up to a week to reply to an e-mail but that's the worst i have had. right now i'm getting a T68 w/grenade launcher and i'll let you guys know if it's ok or not. it is a gen4 so the products may have increased. in any case i'll make sure and post a review on here for you all.
I have to say that he does have a point about them shipping him a faulty safety. I ordered a carry handle for my A-5 from rap4, when I got it there were quite a few "touch ups" that had been done with a simple sharpie to cover over what had been scratches. When I saw this my respect for them dropped considerably, I have yet to see a company in the paintball business provide worse products than them.
The thing is that, most company needs an RMA. In that way, they know who sent the product. I don't know why you would be complaining. You should know the rules about international shipping. If you expect this company to do something special because you live in a different contenent? What can BBC do? Nothing because there is no contract violation. I would of done the exact thing to you. Remeber, it cost them money as well. I personally have received a defect on some items and have gotten it back within a few days of it sending the defect back and the customer service is excellent.
