Paintball Experience: 6 months Similar Products Used: Just stock cyclone Marker Setup: A-5 E-grip Drop forward 12' Tippmann werks barrel vortex mod Palmers QEV Ricochet hopper jcs dual trigger Strengths: Works well, fairly easy to install (pay attention to details) Weaknesses: Instructions were not the best - looked online for better ones Review: The Vortex Mod works like it claims. The instructions were not the best but i found some better ones online. If you are careful and take your time, it is not a hard install. Just make sure that you have some good GREASE. Marker oil is not strong enough. I installed mine with the Palmer QEV and together they do awesome. My cyclone works till all my air is out and doesn't skip at all. Plus, the rachet is not plastic and holds up a lot better than the stock rachet. Conclusion: Better made than stock cyclone internals and [i]if[/i] you take your time to install it, is not hard. BeerIsGoodForU Wednesday, October 25th, 2006 | 8:33 pm PST Actually ... I used automotive grease ... One Grease with Slick 50. Not sure if that is good or not but it seems to work great so far.
