I have use the Tippman 98 custom and the A5. This gun is a totally different style of playing, but in a good way.
Marker Setup:
I have the RAP47 AK47 paintball gun. Nothing needed to add to this gun.
Recommended Upgrades:
None
Strengths:
It has no hopper and the air is hidden in the Stock.
Weaknesses:
Not every paintball field will allow it because it only adjust to 350fps.
Review:
I believe that the markers from RAP4.com is the best way to train and with cheaper cost over Simunition (real guns that shoot paintball too). It cost about 2 dollars a bullet for simunitions and only about .08 per shot for the RAP4. I believe this style of marker is going to change the way we play woods-ball. I love this gun and will stand the pain for the more real life gaming. If you like SOCOM them you will love playing with this marker. I will have this gun as a upgrade option at my indoor Kabul theme field for the terroirest players to use and the M4 for the ones playing the good guys. Thanks to Jim @ RAP4.com my order was placed fast and I had great customer service.
Conclusion:
In my conclusion I believe this is the best marker for training and real life paintball gaming
This thing will seriously only go as low as 350 FPS? I've never even heard of a field that allows higher than 300, as that's what paintball equipment is rated to. So, what's the point in even getting this?
