I had just recieved my dart bolt from pbl and at first glance I was alarmed. The ramped top was off to the side. I soon after learned this was correct. I had been shooting severe storm at the local field with troubles, so I opted for some wal mart paint just to shake things up. The paint was dimpled and didnt break alot but even with the over sized bore it shot like tourny paint (other than not breaking) I chalk up the accuracy to the dart bolt as I only had 2 chops, which I put to the barrel and the dimples. Before my accuracy was pretty good but I would always chop paint and then my accuracy would go down the tubes. Not a problem anymore.
Conclusion:
This bolt is awesome. Most ego owners on forums say bolts arent needed cuz they know how to set it up so it wont chop. For the people who just want an out of the box difference and dont want to pay the big $$$ for the cure bolt, i would suggest giving this a try.
