Heavy, Lobbs the balls @ 285 fps. On/Off ASA is pointless.
Review:
I Tested the SP Epiphany and the Proto Matrix Rail 07 before i decided to buy.
I began with th Proto rail.. same price, very light. great stock.. no need for on/off asa. closed bolt shoots straight and is a consistent shot. I like the grip on it. Its easier to clear out balls and remove your tank with the proto handle. The Epiphany handle only has a difficult to use on/off button.
Next the SP Epiphany.
Heavy, Very noticeable. the balls seemed to drop and lob a bit more. More so like my tippman. Although the ROF is very similar to that of the proto.
The SP had a sweet looking body but i felt that you should sacrifice the looks and grab an ion and make a few upgrades. plus.. whats to say.. Its black today..tomorrow you can make it white.. its that easy. customizable
Conclusion:
425$ from the manufacturer isn't bad. I just feel that the buyers money would be better off spent with the SP Ion and make a few small upgrades. if you wanna spend the money for a 400$ gun.. the only guns in that range that i can think of are the proto rail, epiphany and omen... i say Proto.. Sorry SP Fans.
Ultimately - Find a Shop to shoot the markers for yourself. Putting the gun in your hand can change your mind. and being able to shoot it furthermore will change your mind. Personal feel and performance are the mainstay of any purchase. I was told by my new shop.. "Do you buy a car before Test-Driving it?" this is an investment that should take a lot of consideration unless your starting out with woods ball which you should just but a tippman ...lol... but. good luck all...

Sorry, I have not had the pleasure of shooting a shocker yet. I think that next time I go to the shop i'll have to at least try one. They were a little out of my price ranger for what I wanted to spend at this time on a new marker. Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
If the balls are going 285 fps, its going to act the same out of any gun. Maybe you were getting some drop off when you were shooting, but speed is constant. If it's going 285 fps, it's going to go 285 fps, not lob because it's a different gun. Do you guys get what I'm saying? It was probably a shoot down problem, which would be a problem with the gun. Good review though.
Well, I thought i'd update you all about the Proto Rail Vs. Epiphany. I love my rail... the only problem that i've had was 1 jam.. but i believe thats related to my hopper.. the flippin battery connection keeps dissconnecting.. so i've g2 get that fixed.. other than that I love it.. I'm very happy i Choose Proto over Epiphany.. PBreview.com has epiphany at 8.6 of 10 and proto rail 9.2 of 10... not a big difference but.. if you read the remarks.. yu can figure it out for yourself. Take it easy all
