| Review: |
I looked at several and was sold on a Spec Ops vest because I know they are great quality. However, I came across this one at the Xtremez.com showroom (which I live near) and decided it check it out. Wow was I impressed! Very, very durable with quality written all over it. I have a NXe 4+1 so am familiar with there product, and this was just as good.
Storage galore. In fact, I added my pods, air, ran my remote through the loops so it is easily accessable and doesn't "drag" when disconnected from the marker, added my radio, squeegie, goggle wipe...then stared at all those other pockets. What the heck am I suppose to do with all this, lol?
Weight is pretty good. It also has an internal adjustable belt to help keep it tight to the body and to distribute weigh a bit.
Adjustable size...what else can I say. It is very adjustable. I am average build and this thing could easily go up sizes both up and down.
The Hydration system spot is sweet too, though I wish it can with the actually bladder and hose...that would be a nice little touch.
For $100 I think it stands out above all vests in the $65-140 range that offer the similiar performance.

| Conclusion: |
Overall I love it! I think the biggest thing about a vest though is prefrence. You style of play and your gear setup are gonna really determine what you need when it comes to a Tactical Vest. I say try as many of them as you can..figure out the configuration you need and go with that. If the NXe fits your config style, go for it! |
