I got my Imagine on sale in January and for the last month or so i've had a lot of problems with double feeding. Everyone i talked to said that there was NO way that my stock detents would be worn out yet and that it had to my hopper forcefeeding to hard. Well, long story short i thought i was right, and i was. I played 6 hours yesterday with my new kila detents and i didn't double feed once! The installation for these couldn't be any easier. Unscrew old ones, replace, screw them in. Simple and sweet, but these detents are SO much better than the stock ones; you can just feel them and tell the difference.
After further evaluation i determined (i think) what happened to my stock detents. I replaced my stock bolt with the Universal ACS bolt from Kingman. After looking at it some i realized that my new bolt did not have the same clearance as my stock bolt; therefore my stock detents were in a constant state of compression when i wasn't using my gun, ie, all week long. I hope that this may help others as i didn't realize my problem until i had to replace them. but given how much better these Kila detents are i'm glad i did. You can't wear out magnets!
Conclusion:
Awesome product here. Available in 5 different colors and they are blow-out proof! You can't really wear these out since they are magnets. I'll add my pic in soon so you can see them on a gun. Ebay ~ $20.
