Products Used:
98C stock barrel, nothing different
Marker Setup: Silver 98c with VL quantum and CO2 tanks
Not monsters
Strengths: Nothing
Weaknesses: Sprays paint, not accurate
Review: When I used this on my 98C it was snowing I don't know if that had anything to do with it but this barrel was terrible. At first I thought it was the balls, but then I played with the same case with my stock barrel and did fine. Every 20 rounds I had a break and they made it out, they went everywhere. It could have been the cold weather, but I would have thought the cold would shrink the balls a little bit and they would come out easily. It could have been the balls, gun, and weather for all I know. But I don't think so.
Conclusion: Most barrels are not worth upgrading besides the apex. Don't buy this.

Try to learn how to properly size paint, stock 98 barrels are HUGE bore, around .95 on some models, your new barrel is .89.

That, and the fact that you were playing in FREEZING weather leads me to question if you really have any idea what it is you are talking about.

i doubt it was the weather. the cold temp would have made the balls smaller. so this kid must of had a tiny bore size to have them chop. plus he is using a horrible hopper which that thing just moves in a circle not accomplishing anything. so you could of had some misfeeds. either way i know there isnt some object in the barrel just chopping the balls. mine on my spyder works great.
