Its not very heavy and has a nice smooth stroke. In this kit you get a new pump arm, guide rod, pump handle and THE RETURN SPRING IS NOW INCLUDED. This is the only pump kit for the trilogy but if there were other this one would blow them away. It is a great kit and i highly recomend it. It is easy to install and you can put it back to semi in 5 min. Conclusion: Get this. It's great. Rating: 10 out of 10
