No other manufacturers make stocks for Piranhas that I know of. I have purchased stocks for my A5 from Tippmann. The Tippmann stick was a tight fit, but was professionally manufactured unlike the Gunhead junk.
Marker Setup: Tippmann A5 with X7 low profile hopper, flat foregrip, remote line, e-grip, flatline barrel. Also have Piranha STS as a back-up, with Dye Boomstick, drop forward, carbon fiber compressed air, e-force trigger.
Strengths: Only manufacturer that I know of that makes a stock for the Piranha.
Weaknesses: Poorly manufactured. Looks like it was made in someone's garage with basic power tools.
Review: I was excited to find that Gunhead made a stock for my Piranha STS. People are pretty impressed when I hold my own against the high end electronic markers with my low end mechanical ancient marker. It is very reliable and has served me well. I ordered the stock from Gunhead on a Tuesday. Never recieved confirmation of my order from them, which worried me a little, but I had purchased it with my MC CC that has online fraud protection, so i wasn't too worried. It arrived a full two weeks later on Friday, packaged in what looked like a cardboard box that was re-assembled with packing tape. First bad sign. Then when I opened it, there was no packaging other than bubble wrap, no instructions (second bad sign), the stock itself and a poorly milled adapter (last bad sign). The adapter was so poorly milled it did not fit my marker. I contacted Gunhead multiple times to fix the poorly milled piece but they never returned my e-mails. You'd think that for $50+ they'd at least respond to my e-mails.
Conclusion: Poor construction. Poor design. Poor customer service. The trifecta of online purchase nightmares. I am seeking a full refund at this point and may have to take legal action through my cc company. Stay away from this manufacturer!
