Review: I got these simply to test fire guns in my basement after I work on mine or my friends.

I set up a small trash can about 20 ft away from my work bench so I can just turn on my stool and fire a couple rounds right into the trash can. For this purpose they work great.

I have not, and will not, be using them to fire at anyone, although I know you can. They say to keep the gun chronoed at 240 fps if you do, but honestly I don't bother with that since I'm only test firing my guns. I want to test fire at full velocity.

Sometimes I miss the trash can and the balls get dirty from the floor or a cobweb in the corner. Or the balls get oily from the gun. I just wash them off in cold water and dry them out on a towel and it gets them clean again.
Conclusion: These work great to fire your gun inside for testing purposes. I would recommend them for that based on the last three months of using them.

I'm giving them an 8 since they do work fine, yet I have nothing else to judge them against so I must leave room for improvement in my rating if i ever use a similar product.
