I just recently picked one of these and tested it a bit. There are a few key things that one should know... If you have a gun that requires an elbow such as my MR1 to mount the hopper, it may not always reload another paintball into the barrel depending on your barrel. Sounds funny I know, but this is how it seems to work: more port holes in the barrel = less likely your hopper will register a shot. You can correct this however, I simply used duct tape on my elbow connecting the hopper to the gun to cover up any openings that it had, and now, the hopper magically works!
Conclusion:
I believe that this hopper is decent overall, it does what it's supposed to do, shoot down your supply of paintballs. The only drawback is that it may not register every shot but that should be correctable.
