I bought my epiphany back in march 07 as my first gun getting back into paintball after a short break. I really liked the look of the gun and the price at the time seemed to fit the quality of the marker. When I took it out to play at the field. wasn't really impressed with the speed of the gun. At the time i thought nothing of flow problems and only that this is what you get for 400 bucks. However after a month or so I notices that the reg was maxing out and that I had major air flow problems and leaks coming from the rear component. On top of that, all of the rubber highlights on the body and reg had peeled off. So i sent to gun back to the company to be fixed. 1 month later the gun comes back with a new body and reg grip and it looks great...they forgot to fixed my leak though. Even though they told me that they leak test everything when they get the gun. Again I sent it away to the company and waited 5 weeks this time for it to come back. Finally i was going to be able to shoot my gun...or so I thought. They had again done a great job on the body, giving me a new designed grip frame and they fixed the leaking, but now a crucial screw hole had been cracked open and the screw was just left there to jiggle around while i played. (This is the screw that connects the grip fram and reg to the body)
Conclusion:
In conclusion I am very disappointed is the marker and in the company for just somehow being able to make more problems out of smaller ones.
Well first off as far as service goes. I sent my marker to SP on a Monday and had it back on Wednesday, thier service dept. is very good I think, so 5 weeks I think may be a bit of a streach. As far as the "speed" goes the board is capped at 17bps, so what were you expecting? And if you just got back into playing maybe the speed problem wasn't the gun(no offense). I do admitt that if the gun is having as many problems as you state SP should step up and replace the whole unit. I personaly don't agree with a rating of 4/10 that seems a bit low for a marker being used by one of the top teams of the NPPL.

Ever think this person might live farther away than you???
5 WEEKS????? Where does he live South East Asia? You could walk the thing there in 5 weeks from any where in the US. Or do you still use the Pony Express where you live?
