Well i got these as an early Christmas present and used them for the first time last saturday. Let me just say these are great!
Pros-
LIGHT WEIGHT-
These are made out of the same stuff as football jerseys so it is very light.
DURABLE-
These things feel tough. I was crawling around on hard packed groung and they held together wonderfully. The knees are reinforced and look lke they will last a while
BREATHABLE-
The whole thing is covered in tiny little holes wich allow air to easily pass through. Even when there is no breeze i can feel air move through these as i run. From the knees up there is another layer to keep private things private.
Camo-
Unlike other Special ops camo this one is a little less distinct, allowing it to be used in more enviremonts. For a military brat like me this is nice because i Paintball in all sorts of enviremonts.
LOOPS-
Five loops as opposed to the usual three is a nice touch since these are pretty baggy. Belts can be worn better and the loops are good sized to accomodate most belts.
DURABLE-
This feels really tough. The knees are reinforced so thats good.
CONS-
ONLY ONE CAMO COLOR-
This only comes in woodland camo digi, so if you really very heavily on your camo and your not in a woodland enviroment this wont work out to well. However this can be used in a wider range of woods since the colors are very area specific.
NO PADDING-
While the knees are reinforced they are not padded, and that sucks. I think they did this to reduce weight and allow air to circulate better. It is still more comfortable then using the usual BDU or Jean pants. |
