It continues to chop the balls however. My friend has the same exact gun. His doesn't chop them a often. Great other wise. Light and powerful. The barrel is a little short for my liking. It's very easy to take apart and clean. An electric hopper makes it a lot better. Conclusion: If you have 50 bucks more I would get an electric one. Its nice to have options on full auto.
