Review:
First received the gun in the mail and wow the box was light so i knew the gun was going to be light. I opened it up and it was more beautiful then picture make it seem and yes it was extremly light.
Alright to the performance.
Yesterday when i first shot it the temperature was about -15 Celsius not including wind chill so lets say around -20 Celsius and i was using a cold fill which was about to get alot colder.
First stream of paint i had a couple barrel break but i blame the paint i was using V1 from the summer and it was warped so even with the .697 insert it gave problems. I had sum bad breaks so i switched ot stock barrel from my deadlywind and things were looking better. The gun was ripping and not kicking at all. Then my vlocity broke a ball in the stack and yea that caused problems and i had to switch to my VL Jr. Again it was ripping even when the gun felt like it was frozen over and the tank reg was so col don touch.
From a 72 3500 fill i got 3 bags of paint and i was dry firing from 500psi and it was a 4000 fill but yea it got 1500 from a 72 3500 fill and it was like -20 Celsius out and i dry fired alot outta the thing which we know is less efficient then with paint.
Doing the math of 1500 from about a 72 35 fill equals jsut about a case from a full tank in the cold. (72x3500/1500=168... 72x4500/168=1928.5).
This gun is mad efficent and also even though it doesn't have an On/Off when u unscrew the tank the gun degasses itself.
Another great feature is u can lock the reg in any position like if u like the fitting to the side of just straight.
Conclusion:
10/10 Best gun ive shot like more comfortable then an 08 ego

A) You have big brass ones!
B) Pretty impressive performance on the part of the gun, give the lube didn't gum up
C) With regards to the on/off, you will need to replace o-rings often, which would make an on/off nice. However, you can get away with unscrewing the tank a couple turns (like 2ish) and then dry fire the gun's internals empty... I mean, this could be some sort of self venting on/off, which would be a simple and cool idea, since I have not had the chance to shoot one of these stock I don't know.
i must say that yes, you do have some stones to play in that weather. i wont even hunt if its that cold let alone play some ball. what psi did you run at and what was your dwell? if you know please tell me
