Review: I purchased my first gun, a 98 custom, with a few upgrades in a "kit". I used the 20" barrel for about 3 months, then at a friends house i tried his A-5 with a stock barrel. i noticed the 30 foot difference in accuracy, so i put on my standard 98 barrel and tried firing, it went about 25-30 feet further than my 20" tac barrel. but it was less accurate. As my friends and i were trying to figure out why, since it shouldnt be doing that, we noticed the bore of the barrel was HUGE. I dont know if it was a factory error, or a different model. I am not sure but the paint would lose energy around 70 ft.
Conclusion: Well, it is very accurate. therefore good for the aggresive woodsballer, but it u are looking for some range AND accuracy, an APEX barrel is the way to go.
