| Review: |
Install a cheap chip in a Vlocity Jr., and you have one of the fastest hoppers around for around $110-120. Lucky only made a couple runs of these before they went bye-bye.
They have 4 modes. They are all you need.
1 - Acts as a force feed with no tension on the ball stack. Just like the eVlution (Egg) hoppers. Lowest force mode.
2 & 3 - Semi Force mode only keeps tension on the ball stack for a short time between firing.
4 - Full Force mode. Tension stays on, highest speed.
Installing this chip or any chip will not fry your Vlocity. Shoving flammable objects in with hot batteries will though. Especially if you use certain rechargeables, which can emit flammable gasses if they were mistreated.
If your hopper catches fire, you did something else very wrong. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Great chip at a great price. You will most likely only see one if you buy or trade a hopper that has one in it. If you own a Vlocity Jr., go and get a chip for it ASAP. There are many out there but they all share benefits. Better battery life, more modes, and much faster feeding. |
