Review: This is based on my experience, it could be different with you however this is my take on this ratchet by Trinity/Bad Habitz.

I use a Tippmann X7-semi auto, and the cyclone feed is one of the key features in which you need proper maintenance to avoid problems. In my case, i wanted to upgrade the cyclone's stock ratchet before it eventually breaks due to typical wear and tear.

I deliberated whether using Tech T cyclone upgrades as they have a good reputation but figured i would go with Trinity/Bad Habitz simply because, i purchased products from them on many occasions before, and never had a significant problem, good service (for me at least) so why not right?

It wasn't until i purchased this ratchet, and had them install it, did i run to countless headaches and numerous trips to get the cyclone fixed. 5 times to be exact.

First case: Three days after i took it home the cyclone was not tuned correctly, miss-fed balls into the chamber and the ratchet stopped altogether. They courteously fixed it and replaced the ratchet for free due to the lifetime warranty, claiming the ratchet was defective. Good service.

Second case: A day after they replaced the ratchet, again the ratchet stopped after only a hopper worth of paint being shot. Apparently someone who worked on it didn't do a good of a job. First and Second cases were within 2 weeks by the way. Again, they fixed it.

Third case: The cyclone again did not work properly. Oddly enough this time, it would work only if i shook the marker. Insane right? The cyclone worked when it wanted to work. Meaning that i would shoot roughly a hopper's worth, then it would stop, after dry firing roughly 20 times, i would get only a few turns in the cyclone feed within that 20. Took it back, had them replace it. Still patient and understanding, however it is troublesome now.

Fourth case: Yup, you guessed right. It did not work, the day after i brought it home from the shop. loaded it up, and nothing again. This is definitely a problem, and i gave them one last chance to fix it. They could not figure out why i was having this problem, they started to think i was doing something to the cyclone. I found that rude, seeing how i'm driving back and fourth when gas prices are high, did they suggest i was playing too hard. I wish i was playing all this time, because i couldn't.. my damn X7's cyclone didn't give me a chance at all that month. This time, i had them make sure the marker was completely clean and oiled... and that this would be the final case. Otherwise i would need to be compensated.

Fifth case: well... we all know how this ended up. After they fixed it the FOURTH time it actually gave me a chance to put in 2000 rounds the most, figured i finally have it fixed. Having not being able to play at the fields in over 2 months due to this issue and wanting to go soon enough, i believed the ratchet issues were gone... i decided to gas it up and do some backyard testing. Low and behold, once again after a hopper's worth or barely of it... it stopped. For the last time with this issue (i hope)... i have to take a trip back to the store..finally, enough is enough i am going to be compensated.
Conclusion: This ratchet was a headache.

I was very generous in the situation, as a consumer, i gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, i did more than my share 2 more times than i should have actually.
This is my situation with the ratchet. I do not know the cause of this, they do not even know.. my belief is that the ratchet is not hitting the 2nd piece thus, not turning the paddles inside the cyclone housing. Either way, i am sick and tired, very fed up with the situation and i would not recommend this product.

Plus side of it all was the lifetime warranty. They very much honored it in all my trips back. Do not let this review deter from they're other products. I do vouch for there shrouds, barrels, rails, locks and other products, however internal marker upgrades, i cannot say i would purchase from them.
