I own 2, a black and a grey one, both which look great, are made of good, durable materials to stand up to paint, dirt, rain, diving, and the washing machine! Mine still look great after 6 months of use.
I use it at practice as my top layer, because it looks awesome, and holds up well. It's not so thick that it gets stifling hot, but it is thick enough to provide adequate durability.
At events, I wear one underneath my team jersey. the bottom hangs down on my xxl around the pack region, to show off the colour and the 'exalt' logo! Keeps me looking fly!
