This was the first time that I had gotten an apex barrel for any of my markers, my bro had a lapco apex ready that I was impress with, but this thing is nice. I was very surprised at first at how cheap it was, the barrel was $30 and the Apex was another $50 but its a little cheaper than lapco setup, First off its "Rifling" is straight and it introduces no spin on the ball, however it also stops spin so the apex is the only thing that spins which doubles the effectiveness of the Apex. Its also very accurate at the same time. Oh and did I mention you can buy shrouds to fit this barrel that makes it look sweeter than all get out.
Conclusion:
Get this if you want cheaper but more effective apex setup, don't get it if you like to lose
