| Review: |
I bought this gun in April of 2008. It has lived up to the Tippmann reputation of being a tough marker, which means it has not failed on me. This would be the 1st gun I would suggest for a new player. I also like the picatinny rail running the whole length of the marker. The bad thing is that you don't have as many upgrade options as the A5/X7. They make more stuff for those guns than the 98c. Cleaning the dirt and paint can also be a huge pain. |

| Conclusion: |
It is a good beginner gun, but the lack of upgrades doesn't make it as good. |
