This barrel has drastically improved the performance of my apex tip. I used to have it on the stock M-16 apex barrel kit, but then i put it on a lapco barrel and was very impressed. The groupings are half as big as they used to be, especially with the #8 setting for max range. The curved shots are also more consistent. Overall, the apex was good, but with a lapco barrel, it is now great!
Conclusion:
I recommend this to anyone with an apex tip, and if you don't have an apex tip, get this barrel and get an apex tip from rockstar tactical for $25.
