Review: well first things first. im using a proto pmr 09. do not listen to Todd Coulter he doesnt know what hes talkin about. I emailed him on a good setup for this marker with the tech t bolt. Todd suggested i set the dwell at 18. why on gods earth would i spend that kind of money on this bolt to run the dwell at stock settings? first things first now.

on the 09pmr i didnt use any spacers and started the dwell at 10. and worked my way up to 13 on the dwell where i felt it shot the best. after that all i needed to do was adjust the reg and bingo i was shooting ropes without any bolt stick.

very very quiet bolt and the kick is a little bit less than the stock bolt. all in all a great buy, but dont go by what that website says nor what that moron Todd Coulter says.
Conclusion: 09 pmr no spacers, set dwell to 13 and then adjust the reg.
why would you want to spend that kind of money and keep your dwell at stock settings?
the purpose of this bolt is to lower the dwell hence making your gun more efficient with less kick. Todd Coulter doesnt know what hes talking about.

Hey, can you post up a video on youtube of your PMR in action? Can you also do an efficiency test on your PMR to see the difference between stock and the L7 bolt? Thanks.

well today i did a efficiency test on both bolts. using a pmi 45/4500 with the stock bolt, dwell set to 18 "stock setting", i was getting approx. 450-460 shots per tank little low but the reg isnt broken in yet. with the tech bolt dwell set to 13 i was getting around 500 shots per tank. also i should be able to bring the dwell down to 12 which will make it run a bit more efficient but probably not much more.

once the hyper3 reg is broken in im sure ill get more shots per tank with stock bolt and the tech bolt. but PMRs are not to gas efficient to begin with. i hope this helps. and no im not putting up a video on youtube

i think the reason he said 18 was because that's what the 07 PMR's and the PMR SE's use. i got mine in the mail yesterday and i shot it in my backyard and i started out at 17 but i was getting some bad shots. i put it up to 18 and its working fine. (i have a ul'd pmr se btw)
