| Review: |
This is a great vest for the money. I purchased mine for $40 refurbished and it came in fantastic condition. I don't really see how a new vest could come in better condition.
What made me purchase this vest:
--Modularity
This is a MOLLE vest and unlike other MOLLE vests, the Blackcell vest offers MOLLE on the entirety of the vest. This allows for any MOLLE accessory on any part of the vest.
--Full Coverage & Neck Coverage
Part of searching for a vest for me was body protection. I was impressed with the neck protection that this vest offered. While not full neck coverage, it does cover the lower part of the neck, and, with Underarmor or a neck protector, provides great neck protection. Additionally, the size and coverage of the vest also can act as a chest protector. It will not prevent bruising, but it does save you from welts. This vest covers the entire upper body.
Weaknesses:
The only real weakness with this vest, if you can call it that, is the difficulty involved in swapping components in and out of the vest. I don't really view this as a weakness, simply because, if it's difficult to get on, then it must be difficult to get off. |

| Conclusion: |
If you're a woodsball/scenario player, this is the vest for you. It allows for full and complete modularity while also providing some upper body protection without any pieces attached. |
