Honestly, the only thing similar is the pod packs that almost everyone uses, unless your hopper balling it. But I must say, this item is a lot better then grabbing a bunch of pods.
Marker Setup: Tippmann's X7:
Flatline barrel
collapsible stock
Remote line
Electric trigger
Strengths: Fast loader. Light weight. Easy to get used to. Easy to use.
Weaknesses: Balls getting stuck. Big target strapped to your back. Hard to load sometimes.
Review: This item is more woods ball then speed ball. It is an easy snug on to your back and is really light weight considering it holds 700 rounds of paint. It's evenly distributed all throughout your back and makes it seem like your only wearing a regular backpack or something. The coils that hold the paint are very strong and durable. You could step on this thing and the paint won't break (not recommended). So if you fall on your back, or run into a tree your paint will still remain intact.

Their are many version of this pod pack. You have a 250 one that can strap to a normal vest, to one that holds more then an entire case. All based off a serious game or just a simple rec ball game. It also has a place to put your air tank for any who wish to use a remote line which makes it really easy. One key advantage, is the fact that you only need one hand to undo the valcro, squeeze open the tube, and let the paint flow.

Another true advantages of this thing is the fact that even if your sprinting down the field or just laying in the back you won't notice the paint as much as the pods strapped around your waist. It also makes it nice to know you have a lot more paint then the weight leads on. Their are also different sizes from really small people, to people who have a few extra pounds on them =)

Conclusion: For those who don't like the old pod system, or think it's to heavy, or inconvenient, i would completely recommend it. I love the thing and everyone has known me for being the only one to use one. I do mean it's really light weight and easy to use. The only thing i would warn about is sense most people will stuff each tube with paint to the max, the paint tends to get stuck in the tube, (nothing a gentel tap won't fix.)

But for my rating: i give it a '9' (more an 8.7) for the fact that the paint gets stuck sometimes, and the fact that trying to get a remote line gun to the opening gets annoying sometimes. (MUST BUY)
