Review: This is my first owned and used pod holder and I must say it was worth the purchase. It has four pods included in the package and an extra slot on the harness for an extra co2 or hpa tank or if you decide to run your air from a remote line. The pods themselves are durable and work extremely well and aren't cheap at all. My only problem right now with the harness is that some people may have a hard time retrieving their pods from the pack as the elastic band (if that's what you want to call it) are pretty tight, so in the process you may accidentally open one of your pods and spill the paintballs on the ground. I haven't actually tested the harness out on the field so I can't tell you that this will happen but it's just an assumption. I was able to pick this up for $40 bones from Canadian Tire which I think was worth it.
Conclusion: Great harness for beginners. It provides great stomach and lower back protection where a pb chest protector might not. One size fits most. Cheap and reliable.

10/10 for beginners like me.
