Review:
My girlfriend picked these up for me for V-Day after I lost my Dye gloves. I had to stretch out the fingers a bit so that they didn't squeeze my ring/pinky so much, but I probably could have alleviated that by getting a pair of Mediums instead.
First impressions, I love these gloves because of the look. The padding and the full thumb come together to make a pretty rad glove. The completely-fingerless are for the trigger fingers throw it off a big, but it's there for a reason, so that's fine.
I took them out and played some speedball in them, the silicon on the palm is fantastic for screwing/unscrewing your HPA, but apart from that, I've never had any problems with my gun slipping out of my hands. Definitely a plus just for the convenience. I never really got shot in the hand during any of the games, but the gloves still made me feel safer to get out of the bunker and put my hands out in the open to lay down some paint. The soft material on the back of the thumb is good for wiping off paint, although I typically just used the palm of the glove to wipe paint off my gun after the game, since my Empire pants came with a microfiber cloth for my mask.
The only complaint I have about them is that the removal loops are practically nonexistant, and since the gloves are a bit small on my hands, it's hard for me to pull them off without a bit of a struggle. Thankfully, the gloves are comfortable and breathable enough that I didn't have to worry about that too much.
Conclusion:
If you have a budget that allows you to fit these gloves into your gear purchases, I'd go for it. If you're unsure about the size, I'd recommend going a size up, though, but other than that, great gloves.
