Okay, so basically I've been using Red Legion as a staple of my business for the past year. As far as cost goes, it's a pretty reliable but average paint, definitely better for woodsball where the thick shell allows Red Legion to get through brush to hit your opponent. It doesn't fare as well in speedball as long distance shots (between 80-100 feet I'd say) just do not break.
However, they are good in that they will not break in your gun. After seeing more than 30,000 fired off over the last year, I only ever saw one break in the gun.
The bad news is they tend to stain, especially if you leave them on clothing for more than a couple days, and they can be really hard to clean off of equipment if you leave it on for more than a few days as well. |

It's a well manufactured product, but it's designed for woodsball. If you clean your gear soon after getting hit, you'll be fine, but otherwise, expect some awesome orange stains.. |
