Marker Setup: I actually have the pro so mine has a tacticle rail on top and ACT (anti chop tech). I have a dogleg airthrough stock, Aim Sports scope, and a 21 in. barrel. (I don't know the brand of the barrel it was a gift)

Upgrades:
A long barrel and a stock for sure if you play woods ball like me.
Strengths: Accurracy, durability, and customization.
Weaknesses: Weight.
Review: I have been using this marker since I discovered paintball. You really can't beat the durability of a Tippmann. The field I play at is on a flood plain so it is very muddy. I have gotten this thing very dirty without having any problems. The only problem I have ever had was my fault. I opened it up to clean it and apparently didn't tighten the air hose enough because it leaked air the next time I used it. This marker performs well, and Tippmann provides numerous upgrades for it. It is heavy though since it is solid steal. The Dogleg stock is nice because you can look down the sight with your mask on. If you are considering a stock I would suggest this one.
Conclusion: If you are thinking about getting this marker you will not be disappointed. It's definitely worth the money. For those who say it's too heavy, I use this thing in 8 hour scenario games and that does get a little tiring. The shear amount of abuse it can take is amazing. Mine still works perfectly.
