Review: Just to clarify, these aren't made by Scenario Dreams. They just use them, so i think its wrong to place them under SD. they are made by MAC Valves, Series 33

well i have installed these on my teams ion's.
they work great. is soldered them to stock boards and to a virtue board.
next project is one going on to a virtue OLED

anyways, i bought mine off eBay, got em for like 20 dollars, if you buy more you get a discount. to install you need to get the lucky banjo, and some internal hoses, since the hose running from the reg, instead of going to the solenoid, will go directly into the rear lucky banjo, then the middle banjo goes into the solenoid, and, also, a little piece, from the back of the solenoid, also goes into the rear banjo.

the install is simple, but you need soldering skills and alot of patience. you first have to desolder the stock solenoid on all 4 points, and solder the MAC33 noid.

after this, even on a stock board capped at 17bps, you an easily pass 20bps, and i do recommend a QEV, since im running a stock board with a MAC and normal middle banjo, i quit counting the blink on dwell after 50, compared to the 35?? stock blinks. to get it to work on a stock board with no QEV requires ALOT of dwell.

on my virtue board, i also desoldered the stock noid and put a MAC, with a PE QEV i can run as low as 10 or 11 blinks of dweel, and it works flawlessly!
Conclusion: if you have the an Ion/Ion XE/Epiphany/SP-1/Eos (or pretty much anything that might require a 3-way noid), patience, skills, and like to tinker with you guns like i do, i definitely recommend this, GREAT cheap upgrade. just buy off ebay and youd be spending less than 30 bucks for the noid and banjo shipped. also, get a QEV if you dont have one.
