| Strengths: |
Well made, 2nd Generation Ego |
 |
| Weaknesses: |
Was expensive ($1400) but value now dropping. QEV's can prone to damage. |
 |
| Review: |
You are looking at the second generation Ego, the first being the 2005 Ego.
More appointments but really minor changes were made; most noticable the trigger / board relationship.
Otherwise parts are interchangeble between the 05 and 06 Ego's.
Very well built, tight technical tolerances, precision made.
Planet Eclipse took the knock-open poppet marker to the next level. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
You can find used Ego 06 very inexpensive now, just over $300 US.
Highly recommended due to low maintenance and quality build. |
