Tiberius T9 Elite with lapco 16" str8 first strike barrel and conversion kit
Dye Rotor Hopper
Pistol and Rifle
Bought my T9 second hand, it had only been used a couple of times according to original owner and don't disbelief him due to the excellent condition. First day I used it, noticed a few breaks and had to clean the barrel once or twice. Using a gravity fed hopper, it worked fairly well but did have to rattle the hopper once in a while as the feed neck angle doesn't lend itself well to gravity feed, tried out a Halo TOO hopper and an extreme rage with similar problems.
Tested the T9 with various different paint, some it chops every other balls others you can go through 3000 without a single break, using the magazine it doesn't seem to break anywhere near as many. Bought a Dye Rotor and improves the feed problems no end, still have some problems with different paints but I can actually use the T9 fairly reliably now and if I use new RPS nightmare can almost guarantee it'll shoot first time to the 3000th flawlessly. Also replaced the sear in the trigger mechanism as was getting double fires on the odd occasion. As I'm based in the UK forget getting any help whatsoever from Tiberius, there are no official dealer that i've found, emailed them twice maybe three times with queries now and got nothing! Have found one of the techs at regular site has a good stock of spares and is pretty good at helping out when I have a problem.
Incidently a friend has a T9.1 and suffered similar breaking issues and some reliability problems too. And forgot using the manual for anything but reference doesn't give you much help, the tiberius forum isn't bad there are loads of posts about problems and solutions, the youtube vids people have put up are useful. Some of the official reviews by media don't appear to mention anything about breaking paint and an issues with feeding, which is very annoying.
WHEN it works it is freaking awesome, in nine months use only had two days play when it has work flawlessly, since the buying the Rotor only had a few breaks which can spoil your game.
All in all out of the box, it's a little disappointing, once all the little tweeks and upgrades it is devastating, out ranges virtually every marker on the field, don't use CO2 much so mine has mostly run out HPA via remote. If you have the patience to persist with this marker and you get the right paint it is brilliant, if you want something to shoot perfectly everytime from day one this may not be for you.
