Products Used:
Stock 2K1 Cocker Hammer
Marker Setup: 2K1 Vertical Cocker, AKA Tornado Valve, AKA Lightning Bolt, AKA Hammer Kit, AKA Pump Arm, AKA Cocking rod, Palmers Stabilizer Reg, Rock Reg, Quickram, Shocktech Bomb 3-way, Shocktech Timing Rod, Eclipse Hinge Trigger Frame,Total Freak Barrel System, Lapco Drop Forward, Pure Energy 68ci,4500psi Fibre Tank plus other assorted goodies.
Once the Hammer tension is set there is no more adjustment needed to the Hammer. This hammer kit is not adjustable, the rear part of the kit has four holes spaced about .060" apart and it is held in place by the beavertail screw. To set up your adjustment you screw in the beavertail screw to one of the four holes in the rear adjuster, because each hole is spaced a different length apart you can set your spring tension and then do your final adjustments with the reg.
Conclusion: Once your hammer is set there is no need to touch the adjustment again, unless you have to replace the hammer springs.I have had this kit for almost a year and combined with my Palmers Stabilizer have never had my hammer or velocity come out of adjustment, and I have only had to adjust my velocity to meet field requirements. This kit is typical AKA with excellent quality and ease of installation. If you never want to have your Hammer come out of adjustment again then this Hammer Kit is the only way to go.I would highly recommend this kit to anyone
