| Strengths: |
Best field of vision. 280 degrees is unmatched.
Protective lower half. While playing in the woods, I tripped and landed mask first into the mean end of a thick tree branch. If the lower half wasn't made out of tough plastic (and soft and flexi like some other masks), I would have lost a row of teeth at the least.

| Weaknesses: |
Thermal lenses and neck protection would be nice.
Main downside: The HUGE clear lens means reflecting more light. This can be a pain while moving or trying to ambush because your mask could be a beacon revealing your location. It sort of forces you to be more aware of light and surroundings. |

| Conclusion: |
Vision is great. Hasn't fogged up yet...but I wouldn't mind security of thermal.
If fog is no variable, the mask gives you and edge because of increased vision. The more you can see, the more ready you are to deal with threats.
Perhaps I'll try the smoke or amber lens to combat reflection.
I would recommend this mask. |
