Allows more air flow/capacity, OBVIOUSLY
Weaknesses:
The pin that comes with the valve, for reasons unknown, causes a leak between the cup seal and valve. Maybe it's just mine?
Conclusion:
The stock pin works fine with the valve, but does not allow as much air flow.
